Job Description


Responsibilities:

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Reporting to the Assistant Manager Administration, the Administration Officer will be responsible for
    • Supervising cleaning service providers and ensuring offices, buildings and compound are cleaned to the required standards;
    • Ensuring effective management and maintenance of office facilities and equipment;
    • Monitoring service contracts implementation and ensure timely renewal;
    • Coordinating the transport function;
    • Coordinating servicing and maintenance of motor vehicles;
    • Ensuring Institute properties are well maintained; and
    • Any other duty that may be assigned.

Requirements:

    Requirements for Appointment

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration or equivalent qualification from a recognised University;
    • Diploma in management or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution;
    • Demonstrated high standards of professional competence and management of assets;
    • Strong interpersonal skills; 
    • Membership to relevant professional body;
    • Computer competency; and 
    • Must meet the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010
