Job Description

Prepares coffee and beverages, serves customers, and ensures a pleasant experience.


Responsibilities:

    1. Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages according to customer preferences and company standards.
    2. Take customer orders, process payments, and provide prompt, friendly service.
    3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.
    4. Ensure quality control of beverages and monitor inventory levels of ingredients.
    5. Handle customer inquiries, suggestions, and complaints professionally.
    6. Assist in restocking supplies and performing opening/closing duties as needed.

     


Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is an advantage.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
