Job Description

Our client in the hospitality industry seeks to hire a professional and talented digital marketer who will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal will be to increase the online presence of the business and contribute to revenue growth, managing the company’s digital platforms, developing creative marketing campaigns to improve revenues, manage all social media channels and campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience, increase audience satisfaction and spearhead the company’s e-commerce strategy. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. 


Responsibilities:

    • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department
    • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
    • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
    • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
    • Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
    • Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts
    • Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing campaigns
    • Monitor key online marketing metrics to track the success

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in BBIT, Advertising, Marketing, or any other Business related field
    • 3- 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
    • Excellent data analytics and Excel proficiency is a plus
    • Demonstrable understanding of the strategic role of marketing and communication to impact on business results
    • Excellent writing and editing skills
    • Must have the ability to develop and successfully execute and track marketing campaigns
    • Excellent planning, and organizational skills with high integrity
