Job Description

Tasked with the key role of delivering quality clinical care to our clients in a timely and professional manner plus ensuring uniformity in care, and safety enforcement across our facilities and care points. You will  be overseeing the management of the medical team and optimizing allocation and use of resources in line with the overall strategic goals of the organization.


Responsibilities:

    • Have a valid practice license.
    • Professional Insurance Indemnity Cover.
    • Proficiency in computer application packages.
    • Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
    • Excellent communication skills – English and Kiswahili.
    • Wide knowledge of the healthcare industry.
    • Good management skills.
    • Be a proactive team player with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
    • Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimum supervision.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine & Surgery (MBChB) from a recognized institution.
    • MBA –Healthcare Management or equivalent
    • Master’s degree in Paediatrics and Child health will be an added advantage.
    • Registration with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council
    • Work experience of a minimum of two (2) years in a management position in a busy hospital.
