About the role and team

The organisation has seen some challenges and has gone through changes in the past years. As an HR Business Partner Africa you are responsible for shaping, executing and following-up of the HR policies and practices as well as areas such as Recruitment, Induction, Performance Management, to name a few, in the African region. You have a wide range of HR responsibilities and a diverse workday as a result of that.
In this role you are part of a Global HR team with colleagues in Asia and The Netherlands. You will report to the HR Manager, based in The Netherlands. As a small but global team we will all work closely together to assure alignment in our policies and practices. Together we provide services to 60 people in the Netherlands and about 145 people worldwide.
