Job Description

The Office Assistant is responsible for the overall cleanliness and maintenance administration of all the offices.


Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for floor care, performing various surface tasks, including mopping, sweeping, spraying, and spot-cleaning of all office areas
    • Responsible for removing trash in office areas and common areas 
    • Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing restrooms daily.
    • Responsible for cleaning windows in conference rooms, offices, etc.
    • Perform dusting, disinfecting, and polishing of surfaces and furniture as needed.
    • Responsible for reporting repairs and replacements encountered when executing daily tasks
    • Preparation of tea for guests and staff, as per the set standards.
    • Interact with visitors, take orders and serve snacks and drinks as they wait.
    • Review of the overall cleaning supplies to replenish.
    • Ensure collection of missing items and report within the required time.
    • Ensure office consumables are purchased and replenished beforehand.
    • Identifying areas that need overall spring cleaning, assist with overall office clearance to ensure the place is left neat for the next day.
    • Responsible for the closing and opening duties of the offices at all times in line with the set security standards.

Requirements:

    • Diploma in Housekeeping from a recognized institution.
    • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
    • Great attitude and willingness to learn.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Excel.
    • Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail
    • Have a high level of organization, planning  and attention to detail.
