Job Description

Oversees cleaning, maintenance, and other non-core services in properties.


Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the management of cleaning, maintenance, security, and other non-core facility services in properties.
    • Ensure that all soft services meet quality standards and adhere to health and safety regulations.
    • Coordinate with service providers and vendors to ensure efficient delivery of services.
    • Monitor the performance of on-site teams, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and upkeep are maintained.
    • Prepare and manage budgets for soft services, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising service quality.
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in facility management, business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in managing soft services (cleaning, maintenance, etc.) in a senior or supervisory capacity.
    • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
    • Ability to handle budgets and ensure cost-efficient service delivery.
    • Proficiency in using facility management software and tools.
