Job Description

Responsibilities:

Pre, production and post production of various genres of multi-platform, multi-camera shows

Interaction and management of studio guests including high-profile personalities
-
Preparing and producing on-location crews for live events
-
Management and enhancement of allocated programme slot(s)

Timely delivery of assigned programs
-
Managing production talent and crew
-
Developing content for programme promos
-
Executing client driven productions
-
Conceptualizing and executing creative fresh ideas
-
Adherence to the company’s editorial principles and guidelines
Requirements:

Current affairs awareness
-
General knowledge of editorial ethics code and practice
-
Excellent skills to produce and direct shows of different genres.

Outstanding creative and organizational skills

A flexible person, able to work under pressure

A meticulous planner, pays attention to detail

Good communicator with great writing and presentation skills

Good in execution and in follow up

Able to make quick and well-thought-out decisions
-
Efficient time management skills

Good command of written and spoken English and Swahili
-
University Graduate – Communication/TV production with relevant practical experience
-
Minimum three (3) years’ experience in content production process
-
Post-production skills. Proficiency in Final Cut and After Effects will be an added advantage.
